Olivier Rochedreux

Olivier is a member of our Performance Improvement practice.

He is a global strategy and transformation leader (US/French) with over 10 years of experience advising Fortune 500 executives and leading cross-functional, results-driven initiatives, with particular depth in healthcare, including providers and payers. He has a proven track record in corporate strategy, operating model design, M&A integration, and performance improvement delivering measurable and sustainable results across large-scale transformation programs. He is an active member of Bain’s Finance Practitioner and Shared Services & Outsourcing communities.

Olivier holds an MBA from Georgetown University, where he earned an Honors Certificate in International Business Diplomacy from the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from EDHEC Business School. He remains actively involved with his alma mater, and served as an EDHEC Alumni Board Member for three years and received the Engaged Alumni of the Year Award. In his personal time, Olivier enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, pursuing his passion for adventure motorcycling and running.
