Patrick Gaddie

Patrick Gaddie is a member of our Private Equity and Financial Services practices.

A customer experience expert, Patrick has worked in a variety of industries, including insurance, private equity, industrials, and consumer goods. His sector work typically focuses on portfolio strategy, growth strategy, and pricing.

Prior to joining Bain, he worked in banking institutions and service as an executive associate for M&T Bank.

Patrick earned an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and graduated with a BA in Finance and Accounting, summa cum laude, from the University of Minnesota.

Outside of Bain, Patrick enjoys downhill skiing, golf, and exploring the world/Chicago with his wife. He is also an avid fan of all things Minnesota.
