Richard Millward is a external member of our Transformation practice.
He has more than 35 years of experience in advising management boards on their business plans, financing strategies and capital structures. His client base spans the UK, Germany and France.
Richard holds deep expertise in operational financing issues in transformations, particularly capital-raising, risk, and debt management.
In addition to his role as an external advisor, Richard is the managing director of another consulting firm and regularly lectures on restructuring at London Business School.
He previously held senior positions at Rothschild & Co. and Dresdner Kleinwort.
Richard completed the Program for Management Development (PMD) at Harvard Business School and holds an M.A. in Music from the University of Oxford.
