Roberto has more than 20 years of consulting experience with Bain.
In recent years, he has focused on relationship building and management for private equity funds and has worked on several due diligences and portfolio projects. He also serves clients in the Italian telco and tech spaces, with a particular interest in full-potential programs, salesforce effectiveness, Bain Simple & Digital and capex optimization.
He has additional expertise in IT, having developed large transformation and digitization programs for several major Italian financial, telco and retail players.
Prior to joining Bain in 1997, Roberto worked at Monitor Company.
He holds a finance degree with honors from Bocconi University.
