Sarah Applebey is a member of our Consumer Products practice.

She has worked with many of the top-50 consumer goods companies, across food and beverage, tobacco and personal care. Her work primarily surrounds corporate and business unit strategy. Her case portfolio includes various diligences for both corporate and private equity funds.

Beyond her client work, she is a leader of our London Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts and a member of our London DE&I Committee. She is also a Senior Manager peer group leader and founded our London office's Social Impact Ringfence.

In 2021, Sarah was recognised as a power part-timer in the Timewise Power List, the UK’s only celebration of flexible working.

Before joining us, she was a consultant for another top firm and graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science

In her personal time, Sarah is a passionate sailor and is deeply involved with the Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust, where she met her husband. The couple are the proud parents of a young daughter.
