Sebastian Sieler

Sebastian is a member of our Healthcare and Private Equity practices.

He brings over 20 years of experience in the healthcare and life sciences industries, supporting clients across transactions and holistic value creation programs. He has worked with pharmaceutical, medical device, and healthcare provider clients across the value chain, with a particular focus on strategy, commercial acceleration, and performance transformation.

Sebastian also advises principal investors and private equity funds in the pharma and broader healthcare space. He has led numerous buy- and sell-side diligences across a wide range of industry segments. Before joining our firm, he was a partner at a leading global consultancy, where he co-led the private equity healthcare service line in Europe.

He holds a Ph.D. in business administration from the University of Augsburg and a business degree from the European School of Business Reutlingen, the University of Texas at Austin, and Indiana University Bloomington.
