About Thomas

Dr. Thomas Frost is a member of our Performance Improvement, Advanced Manufacturing and Services, and Consumer Goods practices.

Thomas has more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing optimization across a variety of industries. Among these, he has held six years of line responsibility in manufacturing. He has also spent more than twelve years in consulting. He is particularly experienced in the design and implementation of production systems, as well as lean management, supply chain and factory optimization, manufacturing networks, and maintenance systems.  

Prior to joining us, he was part of the industrial goods and operations practice groups of another global consulting firm. Prior to joining the consultancy, he held roles on Procter & Gamble’s manufacturing and production systems teams and managed the group’s global autonomous maintenance function for various brands.

Thomas holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Technical University Berlin. While doing his Ph.D., he conducted research on manufacturing processes and worked on manufacturing optimization projects with industrial partners.
