Yael Mohan is a member of our Retail practice. Her areas of expertise include: designing customer-centric growth strategies, leveraging advanced analytics to drive performance improvement, and M&A (from corporate due diligence pre-deal to preparing for Day 1 to orchestrating post-merger integration programs).

Beyond her client work, Yael has had the great pleasure of leading a number of social impact projects with innovative, leading non-profit organizations (including KIPP, Zearn, and the Atlanta Committee for Progress).

Yael was a founding board member of a promising young start-up in the HR Tech landscape, Puck (a people-first platform modernizing how companies hire). She has also worked with Acumen Fund (the pioneer of social venture capital), the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of International Affairs and The Reut Institute (a non-profit, non-partisan policy group based in Tel Aviv).

She holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and a BSc from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.

Outside of work, Yael loves debating current affairs, watching stand-up comedy & doing everything she can to make her family & friends laugh (especially her three daughters).
