Yaquta Mandviwala is a partner in Bain & Company's Mumbai office. She leads Bain India's Customer Strategy & Marketing practice and is also an expert in the firm's Advanced Manufacturing & Services, Automotive and Infrastructure, Construction & Building Products practices.
She has close to 15 years of professional experience with more than 10 years are in management consulting throughout India, Europe and Africa. Her work is focused on helping companies make decisions in the areas of corporate and business strategy, customer-led growth and organization.
Yaquta has led multi-year engagements working with the leadership teams of some of the largest businesses in India and globally, driving change on the ground and delivering results. She is passionate about driving customer-led growth and a customer-oriented culture in organizations. The clients she has worked with come from the retail, auto, real estate, healthcare, financial services, industrial goods and services, technology and private equity sectors.
She is one of Bain's global experts on NPS, which she has successfully institutionalized across multiple companies. Yaquta also leads the firm's Women at Bain effort for the Asia Pacific region.
She has an MBA from IIM Calcutta and a Master of Science from Presidency College, Calcutta.
