Data privacy policies
Our existing data privacy policies are structured with the goal of protecting both our clients and our people from the unlawful use of personal data. To address responsible AI, our firm has augmented these policies to account for the rapid integration of AI in our work. Our use of AI systems will adhere to these data privacy policy updates, ensuring that our clients’ and employees’ data is safe and secure.
AI Responsible Use Policy
To help embed responsible AI at our firm, we have created an AI Responsible Use Policy to govern appropriate use of this new technology. This policy outlines all acceptable engagements related to AI, ensuring that our firm adheres to our responsible AI principles and addresses the key challenges of AI use.

We help clients to design responsible AI policies that protect the interests of all stakeholders and support overall corporate strategy, and to carry out the process change and communication required to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
Organizational readiness and maturity
Responsible use of AI requires clear decision-making roles and accountabilities at all levels, across business and technology teams. We help our clients to understand their point of departure and then augment or complement existing roles and structures (such as ethics and data governance teams) to ensure that their organizations are prepared for the opportunities and challenges of AI.

Developing and deploying AI models and applications responsibly requires advanced use of technology to test for bias, accuracy, and reliability; to monitor performance; to manage data quality and lineage; and to ensure system security and stability.
