A major technology company was embarking on a large full-potential transformation across strategy, customer, operations, organization, and technology to boost its declining growth rate. Due to the cross-functional and scale change required, the company established a central transformation office, led by a highly respected chief transformation officer, to provide leadership and be the voice of change.
We helped guide the transformation from the initial diagnostic phase to fully handing over implementation to the line. Together, we were able to achieve a $6 billion increase in revenue, more than $3 billion in EBIT improvement, a company reorganization that strongly aligns with the company’s new capabilities and markets, and a growth strategy focused on key emerging businesses.
