Charly Granger

Charly is a member of our Applied Technology & AI practice.

He has nearly 15 years of experience advising senior executives on technology strategy, digital and data transformation, and technology-enabled business transformation. His work spans leading international companies across luxury, consumer goods, retail, and automotive, with a focus on aligning technology with business priorities, redesigning operating models and technology organizations, optimizing IT spending, and delivering large-scale transformation programs.

Before joining Bain, Charly held senior leadership positions in strategy consulting, leading technology strategy teams and working with executive committees on complex transformation agendas. He has a particular interest in the impact of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies on business models, competitive advantage and the future of organizations.

Charly graduated from NEOMA Business School. Outside of work, he is passionate about travel, geopolitics and literature.
