Chris Jarrett is a member of our Energy & Natural Resources and Customer Strategy & Marketing practices.
Chris advises utilities and industrial companies on large-scale transformation, customer strategy and the operational challenges created by grid modernization, load growth and the energy transition.
His work spans grid and generation planning, capital deployment, procurement and supply chain transformation, customer operations, workforce strategy and AI-enabled capabilities. He partners closely with executive teams to improve reliability, strengthen customer outcomes and drive sustainable financial performance. In addition to his utilities experience, Chris has led customer-led transformations across automotive, industrial and dealer-based businesses, with expertise in go-to-market strategy, customer experience and commercial performance improvement.
Chris joined Bain in 2010. He previously worked in strategy and M&A at LexisNexis Risk Solutions and began his career as a mechanical engineer at Harris Corporation.
He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in mechanical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
