Emily is passionate about achieving extraordinary results and partnering closely with client teams to ensure change sticks. She brings differentiated expertise in setting strategies, defining a company's truly differentiated customer value proposition, and establishing go-to-market strategies. Emily has experience orchestrating organizational change for results realization, including deploying agile principles.
During her time at Bain, Emily has worked across many industries, including packaging, machinery, real estate development, real estate services, B2B services, retail, chemicals, and other industrials. Emily also plays a leadership role in Bain's undergraduate recruiting, Women at Bain group, and office connectivity efforts.
Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She lives in Colorado with her husband and daughter and is an avid sports fan and runner.
