Erik Pot

Erik Pot is a member of our Private Equity, Consumer Products and Retail practices. 

His main focus areas include due diligence, value creation and exit planning for private equity clients, spanning both global firms and those mainly active in the Benelux region.

He has also supported transactions and portfolio value creation in the consumer products, retail and business services sectors.

Apart from his client work, Erik is the Business Functions Lead in our Amsterdam office as well as our Amsterdam Social Impact partner. He also previously worked in our London and San Francisco offices.

He holds a Ph.D. in quantitative economics, as well as an MPhil and a BA, from Maastricht University.

In his spare time, Erik is an active DJ and avid traveler.
