Fabrice Franzen is a partner and director based in Bain & Company's Doha office. He is an expert in the firm's Financial Services practice.
Fabrice has more than 20 years of consulting experience dedicated to financial services, including retail and corporate banking, insurance and wealth management. He has applied his consulting expertise globally with Bain, having worked in the firm's Paris, Milan, Johannesburg and Sydney offices.
He is an expert in retail banking turnarounds and retail digital strategies. He advises financial sector firms on international growth strategy, M&A and post-merger integrations. Within the retail banking sector, he also has significant expertise in top-line improvement and operations streamlining. His clients include numerous large and mid-sized retail and commercial banks, as well as asset managers and insurance companies.
Fabrice is an alumnus of the Young Global Leaders of the World Economic Forum.
Prior to joining Bain in 2006, he advised financial services companies for another international consulting firm.
Fabrice holds a master's degree, magna cum laude, from Solvay Business School in Brussels.
