Fabrice Franzen is a core member of our Financial Services and Digital practices.
Fabrice's expertise spans financial services sub-verticals, including retail and commercial banking, corporate banking, wealth management and development finance, as well as a range of capabilities, such as digital, M&A and post-merger integration, customer insights and experience, organization design and cost optimization.
Over the course of more than 20 years, Fabrice has also served banks, insurance companies and other financial services institutions across Europe, Australia and Africa.
He is an alumnus of the Young Global Leaders of the World Economic Forum (WEF) and regularly participates in WEF events, mainly in Africa, but also globally.
Fabrice holds an MBA, magna cum laude, from Solvay Business School in Brussels.
