Greg Schooley

Greg Schooley is a member of our Private Equity practice where he leads our Operational Value Creation team.

Greg has worked with many of the top-50 Private Equity funds providing operational due diligence support as well as portfolio company value creation services. His work primarily focuses on operational due diligence for PE clients as they assess the EBITDA potential of potential targets. He also has led several major enterprise wide profit improvement programs for PE-owned companies as well as corporations. From a sector standpoint, Greg advises across many areas of the economy with spikes in consumer goods, technology, and services.

Before joining us in 2022, Greg led the Value Creation practice at another top global consulting firm. He also served as an operating partner in a mid-market PE fund for several years as well as a Brand Manager at LVMH in Italy.

Greg holds a BS in industrial management from Carnegie Mellon, an MBA from Georgetown's McDonough School of Business, and a post-graduate certificate from Sciences Po in Paris.

In his personal time, Greg enjoys adventure travel to distant lands with exotic settings. He also is a passionate golfer whose ambitions exceed his skills. Greg lives with his wife, Gabrielle, and their two children near New York City.
