Ivy Fang is a member of our Greater China Consumer Products practice. Her expertise lies in market entry, digital transformation, consumer marketing and go-to-market strategy.

She has worked with many well-recognized multinational and local companies, across food and beverage, personal care, beauty and restaurant catering. Her recent experience was to leverage all the learnings in consumer products industry to drive "consumer centric" brand management and target audiences engagement in broader "consumer-facing" business aspects, such as consumer healthcare and electronic consumer goods.

Beyond her client work, she is the leader of our Greater China's Inspirational Leadership Committee, to foster wellbeing, an inclusive working environment and resilience at work.

Before joining Bain, she was Brand Manager at Johnson & Johnson Consumer China, responsible for its signature baby care brand.

She holds an MBA from Duke University, The Fuqua School of Business and a BA in advertising from Fudan University.
