Jeroen has more than 15 years of consulting experience building multi-year relationships with his clients. He has a strong passion for branded products, mergers & acquisitions and innovation with deep experience developing and running transformation programs to deliver strong, sustainable results.
Jeroen advises clients across a range of industries, including fast-moving consumer goods, alcoholic & nonalcoholic beverages, consumer electronics, lighting (LED), technology, telecommunications, industrial goods & services and private equity & family funds. His main areas of expertise are corporate & business unit strategy (portfolio, growth, transformation), brand strategy & marketing effectiveness (Bain Brand Accelerator, proposition, growth acceleration, customer focus, NPS), supply chain strategy & procurement (diagnostic, footprint, performance improvement, spend management) and M&A (screening, commercial due diligence, merger integration).
He joined the firm in 2002 primarily serves clients in Western Europe and the United States. He has also worked in Bain's San Francisco office.
Prior to joining Bain, Jeroen worked as a research associate in the field of aircraft financing at a leading logistical software company in the Netherlands and the United States.
Jeroen earned his MS in aerospace engineering at Delft University of Technology and obtained a minor in Business Administration at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
