Madison Dyal Anderson is a member of our Retail practice.
She has over 10 years of consulting experience with Bain & Company and robust expertise across retail, with a focus on grocery and restaurants. She is an expert on large-scale transformation, growth and brand strategy, organizational design, and change management.
In addition to her client work, Madison is a leader in our recruiting efforts and has long played a significant role in our internship programming and mentorship. Madison is an active member of Womxn at Bain and the Dallas office champion for "Moms at Bain".
Before her current chapter at Bain, Madison worked as an executive at a start-up in retail marketing where she led commercial development.
Madison holds a BBA from Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business. Apart from work, Madison is a proud mother of three sons and active contributor to community organizations.
