Martin Malek

Martin is a member of Vector, our digital transformation practice.

He helps consumer-focused companies leverage technology and data to thrive in a digital world. His work spans strategy through execution, with a focus on building digital capabilities in commercial excellence, operating model design, and business building.

Beyond his client work, Martin is a leader in Bain's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion efforts in Vienna.

He holds a degree in international business, having studied in Austria, Denmark, and Singapore. Outside of work, he is a passionate tennis player and skier, and lives in Vienna with his wife and their twin boys.
