Nathan Campbell is a leader in our Energy & Natural Resources and Mining practices.
Nathan has worked with many of the world's top mining companies across gold, copper, iron ore and base metals in Australia, Asia and Africa. His work primarily focuses on maximizing value (economic and social) of operational assets and major capital projects, deploying a full potential approach and mindset in these settings.
Beyond his client work, Nathan co-leads Bain's Social Impact efforts in Australia, and is the leader of Bain's Reconciliation Action Plan and broader commitments to reconciliation.
Prior to joining Bain, Nathan worked as a mining engineer in the gold mining sector, graduating from the West Australian School of Mines and holds an MBA with distinction from the University of Western Australia.
Outside of work, Nathan is a proud parent and avid sports-fan.
