Roger Zhu

Roger Zhu is a member of our AI, Insights & Solutions, Financial Services, and Healthcare practices. He has over 15 years of consulting experience, primarily focused on North America.

Roger has led numerous client engagements on artificial intelligence strategy, use case prioritization, financial value realization, data strategy and governance, operating model design, and training and upskilling. He also partners closely with our data science and engineering teams to develop custom applications. Within the Financial Services practice, his work spans enterprise strategy, international expansion, and mergers and acquisitions. He also advises corporate and private equity clients on commercial and technology due diligence, with a focus on artificial intelligence, fintech, and payments. 

Outside of his client work, Roger is the Americas AI Champion, leading upskilling and adoption across the firm. He also leads Asians at Bain in the Boston office.

He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA (Hons) from Dartmouth College.
