Sara Borroni is a member of our AI, Insights & Solutions team and works with leadership teams to deliver practical business results from AI, advanced analytics, and data.

Sara advises clients on enterprise AI strategy, analytics-enabled transformation, and custom AI solutions, with particular experience in customer and commercial use cases, pricing, forecasting, risk analytics, and decision support. Her work spans the full journey—from shaping the case for change and defining governance and operating models to building scalable use cases and embedding them into day-to-day decision making.

Sara’s experience spans financial services, energy and utilities, and travel. She helps organizations use data and machine learning to improve performance, personalize customer propositions, strengthen risk management, and support better operational and financial decision making.

Before moving into consulting and data science, Sara trained as a physicist and earned a PhD in high energy physics. This background continues to shape her approach, bringing intellectual rigor, curiosity, and practicality to her work. She enjoys helping clients make complex topics clearer, more actionable, and easier to scale.
