Xin Cheng is a member of our Technology and Advanced Manufacturing & Services practices.
Xin’s recent client engagements have spanned sectors including mobile devices, semiconductors and components, handsets and railway and passenger transportation. Throughout these initiatives, he has focused on the Net Promoter System (NPS®), customer strategy and marketing, M&A and divestitures, and strategy.
Prominently, he has led multiple projects to support a leading smartphone brand in market expansion across Europe and Latin America.
Apart from his client work, Xin is the Greater China consultant class program manager, handling consultants' end-to-end development, including recruiting, training, professional development (PD) support and the like.
He holds both master’s and bachelor’s degrees from Peking University.
