Derek Gerow

Derek Gerow is a member of our Airlines, Logistics, and Transportation practice.

With nearly three decades of management consulting experience, Derek's expertise spans airline revenue management, loyalty program strategy, airline integration, technology transformation, and customer experience. He is the former global leader of our Airlines practice and continues to advise clients on operational excellence, organizational change management, procurement savings, and AI-enabled operations.

Derek holds a bachelor's degree in science and business from Babson College and a master's degree in management with honors from the Kellogg School of Management.
