Marco

Marco is a member of our Retail, Performance Improvement and Organization practices, as well as our global Fashion and Luxury Goods vertical.

In his 12+ years of experience, Marco has worked on more than 100 cases for leading fashion and luxury players across positioning (from fashion retail to high-end luxury), business models (from brick-and-mortar retail focus to full direct-to-consumer) and corporate setup (from large multinational groups to local family owned enterprises).

His work spans throughout his client's value chain and mostly focuses on corporate strategy definition, business transformation, performance improvement, operating model and organizational redesign, integrated business planning, omnichannel transformation, customer strategy, advanced analytics and enterprise technology.

Before joining us, he was a consultant for another top firm and graduated with honors from the Bocconi University of Milan.

In his personal time Marco is a passionate sommelier, guitar player and motorbike rider. He is the proud father of two young twins.
