Melchior Bryant

Melchior Bryant is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services practice.

He has over a decade of consulting management experience advising industrial and high-tech clients on full potential programs spanning strategy, growth, cost transformation, and technology. He has deep expertise in post-merger integration and performance improvement.

Melchior also supports our Private Equity clients and has extensive experience in Design-to-X (D2X) methodology, data governance, and industrial automation for packaging and building-technology companies.

He holds a master’s degree and a PhD in business administration from the University of Mannheim.
