Paolo has 22+ years of working experience including 10+ years with Bain. With our AMS practice, he managed global cost transformation programs and operating model re-design programs on primary accounts as well as supported clients to review their strategy and market positioning.
Additionally, Paolo has experience in Bain's Consumer Products practice; he led several global projects and transformation programs focused on commercial excellence and route to market design.
Prior to Bain, Paolo gained expertise in various roles at multinational consumer products groups. He started as Business Controller and Financial Planner and then moved towards positions of Commercial and General Management leading teams of up to 150 headcounts across Europe and Asia.
