Andy Pierce is a partner in our Customer Strategy & Marketing practice, based in Chicago.
With more than 30 years of experience in brand, marketing and growth strategy, Andy focuses on helping clients accelerate value by becoming more customer-led and digitally-centric. He has advised clients across industries, including Financial Services, Technology, Consumer Products and Retail. He is also an expert on Simple & Digital and value proposition development.
Andy’s most recent advising achievements include:
- Leading the customer-centric transformation of a global insurance company
- Creating the customer retention strategy for a national wireless carrier, leading to .05% decrease in churn ($500M in revenue)
Prior to joining us, he was the president of another top consulting firm.
Andy holds an MBA from the Northwestern University Kellogg Graduate School of Management and an A.B. from Dartmouth College.
Outside Bain, Andy is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Family Promise, which strives to help families experiencing homelessness, as well as low-income families, achieve sustainable independence.
In his personal time, he enjoys skiing, running, biking and dog-walking.
