He works with clients across a range of industries to address customer strategy and marketing topics, with particular focus on customer loyalty, retention, and the Net Promoter System. Sid has also led work across various topics in B2B customer strategy, including services strategy, solution selling and other go-to-market topics.
Within the technology, media and telecommunications industries, Sid has advised global clients across a breadth of topics with a particular focus on corporate and business unit strategy and adjacency growth.
Sid also regularly serves clients in additional industries including healthcare, financial services, industrial goods, and services. He has extensive expertise in merger integration and organizational development.
Sid has worked in Bain's Chicago and Johannesburg offices. Prior to joining Bain, he worked at Deutsche Bank in Singapore.
Sid earned an MBA with High Distinction from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business and a BE (Hons) in Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
