About Brittany
Brittany Martin is a member of our diversity and equity practice.
In tandem with Bain’s Director of Diversity and Inclusion (D&I), Brittany leads efforts for Bain’s global D&I strategy, focused on attracting, developing and retaining the best female business talent. Additionally, she leads gender parity research and supports clients in their own diversity and inclusion initiatives.
She plays an active role in BGLAD, Bain's LGBTQ organization, and is a member of Asians at Bain (AAB).
Brittany joined Bain in 2014 and served as a manager in the Retail and Customer Strategy & Marketing practices, with expertise in organizations and performance improvement, prior to focusing on D&I.
Before joining Bain, she held positions at Alliant Insurance Services, Aon Risk Solutions and T&T Supermarkets.
She holds an MBA from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Harvard University, with a citation in Mandarin Chinese.
