Additionally, the constant learning involved in my role is both challenging and exhilarating. As a manager in the Technology and Engineering department, I face numerous challenges that push my boundaries, but I truly enjoy it because it allows me the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with highly successful individuals.

“Build Your Own Bain” has been a profoundly empowering aspect of my career at Bain. As a manager in the DevOps area, I've had the unique opportunity to tailor my professional journey according to my passions and technical skills.

Bain has not only provided me with challenging projects that fit my interests but has also encouraged me to take initiative and lead in ways that highlight my strengths. This level of autonomy has allowed me to innovate and implement cutting-edge solutions that drive efficiency and improvements across our operations.

Additionally, the supportive environment here means I have access to the tools and learning resources necessary to continuously develop my skills. This includes attending leading industry conferences, participating in advanced training sessions, and working alongside top-tier professionals who share their knowledge generously.

Share some of your favorite work (personal or professional) you’ve done while at Bain.

Some of my favorite work experiences at Bain have involved engaging with products like Lumi and NorthStar. Supporting both products has been a deeply enriching experience, presenting numerous opportunities to learn new skills and refine existing ones.

One aspect of my role that I particularly enjoy is promoting code quality across our products. By implementing tools like SonarQube, I help ensure that our software meets the highest standards of excellence, which is both challenging and rewarding.

Additionally, participating in the deployment processes for products used by the firm has been exceptionally gratifying. It gives me a sense of pride and fulfillment, knowing that my contributions directly impact the success and efficiency of our operations.
