How did you know that Bain was the right company for you?

I knew Bain was the right place for me when the showed true interest and support for my passions outside of work and allowed me to have extra PTO to obtain my aerial teacher certification in Dubai during my first year at the firm.

“Build Your Own Bain” means creating a thriving career on your own terms. How have you been able to “Build Your Own Bain?”

Currently in the process of BYOB as I jet set to London for an experience share.

Share some of your favorite work (personal or professional) you’ve done while at Bain.

One of my favorite work accomplishments has been deepening our recruitment relationship at the University of Utah. This was truly a grassroots effort by one eager AC and to watch it blossom into what it is today has been so fulfilling.
