About Christian
Dr. Christian Klein is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services and Performance Improvement practices.
He brings more than a decade of consulting experience, helping industrial leaders in the automotive, machinery & equipment, and metals sectors unlock their full strategic and operational potential. Christian partners with clients in both corporate and private-equity settings to design and implement strategies, value creation plans, and operating models, working closely with executive teams to ensure measurable impact and sustainable results across commercial, operational, and organizational levers.
Christian holds a Ph.D. from the Technical University of Munich, an MSc in Operational Research from the University of Edinburgh, and a BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
