Expertise
Christopher is the Co-Head of the Technology team within our Private Equity practice.
He works with leading financial sponsors on commercial due diligence and post-acquisition value creation for Tech deals, particularly in Enterprise Software. He is also responsible for evolving the firm's approach to diligence and IP in the Tech sector.
Christopher earned an MBA from INSEAD in France and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Bristol in the United Kingdom.
