Since joining Bain in 2004, Dan has advised clients on a range of topics in the construction & building products and advanced manufacturing & services spheres, including adjacency strategy, corporate M&A, portfolio value creation, GTM strategy and distribution strategy.
Within the private equity space, he holds particularly deep experience in industrial commercial due diligence, re-diligence and add-on diligence.
He has also worked extensively in consumer products and business services, assisting clients with marketing, business unit strategy, corporate strategy and investment prioritization.
Dan holds an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management, as well as a bachelor’s degree from Williams College.
