Hiroaki has more than 10 years of consulting experience across a range of industries, including merchandising, real estate, manufacturing, retail and consumer goods. He advises both multinational and Japanese clients on various issues, such as corporate strategy, customer strategy & marketing, customer loyalty (NPS®), new business development and PMI.
Hiroaki graduated with a bachelor's degree in politics and economics from Waseda University.
