Ilia Gorelov is a member of our Healthcare & Life Sciences and AI, Insights & Solutions practices.
He has experience advising pharmaceutical, pharmaceutical services, medtech, and private equity-owned healthcare clients on growth strategy, operational improvement, go-to-market excellence, cost transformation, and AI strategy and implementation. His work combines strategic problem solving with a pragmatic focus on adoption, scalability, and measurable business impact.
Prior to joining Bain, Ilia was a consultant at another leading strategy consulting firm. He earned his MBA from Columbia Business School and his BA in quantitative economics from Tufts University.
