Laura Poindexter is a member of our Performance Improvement practice.
A human resources and operating model leader, Laura has more than 15 years of experience working with global companies to transform and optimize their HR organizations. She specializes in transforming HR at the interaction of strategy, technology, and talent, helping leaders define next generation HR operating models, strengthen business partnering, build digital HR roadmaps, and move from ideas to implementation. A key focus of her work is helping HR teams bring AI to life in practical ways, prioritizing use cases, redesigning processes, setting up governance, and driving adoption through change management.
She previously worked for another top firm, where she managed all aspects of an HR transformation, including future state visioning, employee experience optimization, organization, and process design, technology selection and implementation, and training and change management execution. She also managed diverse, global teams to implement new HR operating models and processes in more than 30 countries across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.
She holds an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and a B.S. in Chemistry from the Unversity of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
