Nina Kaspar is a leader in our Southeast Asia Consumer Products practice.
She has more than 10 years of consulting experience across Southeast Asia and Europe, working with senior executives and management teams for both local and international clients.
Nina has extensive experience in consumer products, retail, and F&B. She holds deep expertise in topics related to brand acceleration, commercial excellence, route-to-market and distribution, due diligence, post-merger integration, and operating model.
She joined us in 2010 and has been based in Singapore since 2014, leading projects throughout Southeast Asia.
She holds an MBA from INSEAD and M.A in Strategy and International Management from the University of St. Gallen.
