Or Skolnik is a member of our Private Equity and Alternative Investors practice.

He focuses on serving private equity and credit investors on strategy, commercial due diligence, and portfolio value creation. He co-leads our Firm Strategy & Operations solution in North America, working closely with alternative investors across strategy topics including fund strategy, fundraising, M&A, growth, and operations.

He has also led 200+ due diligence projects with a particular focus on consumer/residential services, building products, and technology businesses. In addition to firm strategy and due diligence, he works closely with portfolio companies and corporate clients on strategy topics including value creation plans, growth strategy, and adjacency strategy.
