Or Skolnik is a member of our Private Equity and Alternative Investors practice.

Or focuses on serving PE and credit investors on strategy and due diligence projects, including firm strategy, commercial due diligence, and portfolio value creation. In his strategy work, he has closely advised both alternative investors and corporate clients on topics including fund strategy, value creation plans, growth strategy, and adjacency strategy. He has also led more than 150 due diligence projects with a particular focus on consumer, services, building products, and technology businesses.

He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.A. from Georgetown University.
