Raju Myadam

Raju Myadam is a member of our Enterprise Technology practice.

His work sits at the intersection of business and technology strategy, with a focus on enterprise architecture and large-scale technology transformation. He has led digital and IT transformation programs that enable organizations to build scalable, resilient, and business-aligned platforms. Raju also advises senior business and technology leaders on GenAI and agentic AI; various types of digital transformation; modern data platforms; and application portfolio rationalization to drive business agility and resilience. He partners with engineering and product teams to accelerate innovation, improve delivery performance, and enhance operational efficiency, including for real-time, high-scale, and resilient systems.

Prior to joining Bain, Raju held leadership roles in enterprise architecture and technology consulting, where he led large-scale modernization programs, established architecture operating models, and built global, cross-functional engineering teams.

He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, an MBA, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering. He also holds a granted patent in Internet of Things (IoT) and is an active thought leader on AI-driven architecture and modernization.
