Rolf-Magnus has more than 25 years of industry and management consulting experience, leading international client teams across Europe.
He holds particular expertise in advising his clients—primarily financial and strategic investors—on corporate strategy, M&A and the subsequent programs for integration and increasing shareholder value. In addition, he has extensive experience across a wide spectrum of industries including technology, engineered products and industrial goods & services.
During his time at Bain, Rolf-Magnus has worked in both the Munich and Stockholm offices. He also worked at Bain Capital in Boston during a transfer focused on buy-out origination and execution.
In addition to his client work, Rolf-Magnus was a member of the worldwide Board of Directors of Bain & Company between 2008 and 2014, as well as managing partner of Bain Germany. He also regularly delivers speeches at several German and Swiss universities.
Prior to joining Bain in 1989, Rolf-Magnus worked for companies in the information technology and bio-technology industries in England and Denmark. He graduated with a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Technical University of Karlsruhe (KIT) and earned an MBA at INSEAD in Fontainebleau.
