Simone Doms

Simone Doms is a member of the Advanced Manufacturing & Services, Performance Improvement and Customer Strategy & Marketing practices.

She has 15 years of experience with Bain and has advised clients on strategy, customer loyalty, performance improvement and lean manufacturing projects in the industrial goods sector. Her experience also includes a number of due diligence projects within our Private Equity group. More recently, Simone focuses on driving insights development and project work in ESG, with a particular focus on Circular Economy.

Simone has led major, multi-year internal operations projects on Bain office re-design and refurbishment. She is also engaged in our local recruiting efforts.

She holds a diploma in Industrial Engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), with a year abroad at Escuela Superior de Ingenieros, University of Seville.
