Brock has over 15 years of experience developing advanced analytics capabilities to understand consumers, improve their experiences, and create data monetization opportunities. He has served clients in the US, EMEA, and Asia covering a range of industries including retail, consumer packaged goods, healthcare, telecom, and media.
Examples of Brock’s client projects include developing price, promotion, merchandising and category management use cases and processes for retailers in the US, Denmark, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Singapore. He also helped launch analytics-based customer acquisition and retention capabilities in retail, healthcare, media, and digital businesses as well as leading and creating a digital analytics capability for a Fortune 200 CPG.
Prior to joining us, Brock spent 10 years at dunnhumby, a customer science company focusing on retail and CPG businesses. He led establishing many of their international markets in his roles included Head of Analytics for the Asia region and Country Head for Turkey. He also spent 4 years at another global consulting firm as a leader in Marketing and Retail practices spending time based in both Chicago and Bangkok.
He holds a MSc in mathematics and statistics from Miami University and an MBA from Xavier University.
