Erik Pedersen

Erik Pedersen is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services and Private Equity (PE) practices, specializing in Commercial Excellence and related front-end topics.

He recently served as a partner for Qvartz prior to the firm's integration with us, which collectively formed our new Nordics practice, in early 2020.

Erik has advised clients across EMEA and North America on commercial excellence, front-end strategy and transformation. His recent work has encompassed:

• A turnaround program for a major industrial, involving a 100-day plan to define a new CEO agenda, followed by complete restructuring and reorganization;
• A revamped commercial focus and target-account salesforce approach, including incentive structure development; and
• An overhauled commercial strategy for a leading European B2B supplies distributor, including value proposition definition and organizational setup.

He has also led a number of holistic commercial due diligence efforts, as well as performance improvement programs, for several PE-owned companies.

Erik holds an MSc in Accounting and Financial Analysis from the Stockholm School of Economics and an LLM (Masters of Law) from Lund University.

Erik lives in Stockholm with his wife and two children. In his personal time, he is deeply passionate about outdoor activities.
