John Joy

John Joy is a member of Advanced Manufacturing & Services and Energy & Natural Resources practices.

He advises Indian industrial clients on a range of topics, including growth strategy, full potential transformation and new business launches. In the industrial domain, his experience centres on automotive, industrial equipment, chemicals and renewable energy.

He has extensive experience working with leading Indian industrial conglomerates, global MNCs and mid-sized promoter-driven organizations across these topics.

In addition to his role, he leads our Bain India Alumni efforts.

John earned his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad and B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Mumbai, where he was a Gold Medalist.
