Your Tasks

  • Marketing & Events
    • Conceptualize, plan and execute recruiting events for students (including budget management)
    • Develop marketing strategies and new innovative marketing activities at selected universities
    • Establish and maintain relationships with career centers and partner organizations at universities


  • Selection process
    • Serve as primary point of contact for applicants and Bain consultants for all recruiting-related inquiries
    • Coordinate the selection process from initial applicant screening to guiding candidates through the offer and closing stages
    • Identify and directly approach talents as well as maintaining relationships with high potential candidates
    • Plan, prepare, execute, and follow-up on interview days including facilitating pre- and post interview discussions


  • Projects, Controlling & other tasks
    • Implementing projects to continuously improve internal processes
    • Maintaining databases, controlling, and analyzing recruiting key metrics to measure success
    • Contributing to the development of the overall recruitment strategy for Switzerland
    • Participating in DACH and EMEA wide working groups (e.g., international Bain talent programs)

  • Initial professional experience in talent acquisition, university marketing, HR, or event marketing
  • Good knowledge of the Swiss university landscape
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to participate in events (virtual and on-site, frequency varies seasonally from 1 to 6 times per month), some of which may also take place in the evening
